Research On The Design Of Smart Laundry Service In Mid-range Hotel Based On Service Design Concept

Along With the mid-range hotels development,laundry services in mid-range hotels have also been continuously improved.Nowadays,mid-range hotel customers are pursuing more convenient,personalized,and high-quality services.However,Many shortcomings are still bothering the current mid-range hotel,such as laundry convenience,service intelligence,and laundry efficiency.Therefore,this article takes the smart laundry service in mid-range hotels as the research object,integrates service design concepts into laundry services,and proposes a set of methods suitable for the construction of smart laundry service systems in mid-range hotels,so as to improve the laundry service experience in mid-range hotels.It aims to promote the application and promotion of smart laundry services in mid-range hotels.Based on the concept of service design,firstly,this article explores the current intelligent status of laundry services in colleges,communities and hotels of various grades through document analysis,interviews and other methods,and provides a reference for smart laundry services in mid-range hotels.Secondly,use service design methods to conduct user research and case studies to analyze the service pain points,laundry process,service contacts and stakeholders of the current mid-range hotel laundry service,summarize the deficiencies in the current laundry process in mid-range hotels,and put forward three strategies of strengthen the information integration in the service process,pay attention to the integrity of the service process,and adhere to the dual-track online and offline strategy.Then,according to the above strategy,the user's pain point needs to be transformed,so as to construct the intelligent laundry service function model,service process and system model,and lay the foundation for subsequent design practice.Finally,combine the above researches and practices to build a blueprint for the mid-range hotel smart laundry service system,designed an interactive prototype of the mid-range hotel smart laundry service APP,and proposed a new solution for the mid-range hotel laundry service from the perspective of service design.
