With the development of biotechnology and gradually deepened human's recognition of health,researches on biochip detection technology is also deep-going increasingly.Biochip detection technology refers to the technology that bioinformatics is acquired by hybridizing fluorescence labeled protein molecule with antibody.During the detection process,the fluorescent signals will be collected and processed.In the process of collecting signals,spectrum data will be influenced by various noises,which makes the certain deviation in collected signals.This has also become the main reason that affects the detection accuracy.In this paper,by the analysis of basic principle of spectral signal processing of quantum dots biochip and the study on fluorescence spectrum signal collection and data processing technique,according to the demand of market application and experimental research,a spectrum analyzing and detecting system of quantum dots biochip is designed.This paper introduces electromechanical control module,system detection module,data acquisition module and spectral processing module of the detection system in detail.Optimal scheme is determined finally by the selection of application platform,displacement motor,lower computer controller and communication mode,and the overall system design is accomplished.Accurate positioning of each quantum dot in detection process is made through studying servo control mode,analyzing PID control principle and designing improved PID.The spectrum data of each collected quantum dot can be guaranteed to be accurate.By the design of position computing,spectrum detection is more intelligent,simple,fast and accurate.Fluorescent signal collection uses the USB communication method,collects spectral data,has the advantages of accurate acquisition,fewer errors and short time through software design and algorithm and achieves real-time acquisition of fluorescence spectrum signal and communication between signal processing process.By processing spectral data,for example strongest central wavelength,light intensity and full value and half-width and so on are calibrated to analyze combination and hybridization of antigen and antibody,spectrogram,polarization angle figure and other figures are drawn and experimental conclusions are obtained.Efficient reading and storage of large amounts of spectral data is realized finally.
