Research On Archiving Format Of Electronic Documents

As the coding method of electronic documents in the digital age,format is the external expression of electronic documents,which determines the input and output mode of electronic documents.As one of the basic links of archives management,archiving is still a problem that needs to be concerned in the era of electronic documents.In order to ensure the smooth archiving of electronic documents,it is necessary to analyze and screen the archiving format of electronic documents,and select the most appropriate format of various types of electronic documents to ensure the security and integrity of electronic documents.At present,the relevant provisions of electronic document archiving work are quite rich,but the selection of archiving format is often not very precise and specific,the selection of format is often carried out in a passive way such as system requirements,and low attention to format has become a common problem.Format is accompanied by the emergence of electronic documents,its role is to describe the electronic documents,which determines the situation that although the format has a certain importance,but it is often ignored.Therefore,in order to ensure the authenticity and integrity of electronic documents after archiving,it is necessary to standardize the management of electronic document archiving format.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is to divide the types of electronic documents,and classify the formats according to different characteristics;The second part investigates the current situation of the management of the archiving format of electronic documents,which is divided into two aspects: sampling survey and case study.It constructs the overall understanding of the current archiving format of electronic documents in China,and analyzes the problems faced by the current archiving format management;The third part puts forward suggestions for the future development direction of electronic document archiving format,including promoting the popularization of knowledge concept,strengthening the standardization of format,strengthening the research of technical means and enhancing the ease of use of format,which is also the development trend of format to ensure the authenticity and integrity of electronic documents.
