Since the beginning of the 21st century,the development of information technology has advanced by leaps and bounds,and popular,practical,and mature science and technology have been continuously introduced into government work,giving full play to the role of the Internet,effectively reducing government operating costs,and effectively improving work efficiency.Under the premise of vigorously promoting informatization construction,how to efficiently use information technology,scientifically and effectively handle cadre personnel management work,build a comprehensive information management system,improve the management guarantee mechanism,and advance cadre personnel management work to a new level are all Organizational departments of party committees at the level continue to explore major topics of innovation and are also an applied research content of computer information systems.This article combines the actual work of the author with advanced information technology to analyze and develop a full-featured,high-stability,good scalability and high availability municipal government cadre appointment and removal management system.main tasks as follows:(1)According to the "Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Cadres",scientifically designing and streamlining more than 20 links such as cadre motions,inspections,and appointments and dismissals have made the appointment and dismissal procedures more standardized and organized,and streamlined business processes for the development of information systems.(2)The system uses front-end and back-end separation technologies and MVC design ideas.The front-end page development uses the vue framework,and the back-end server-side business functions are implemented using the springboot framework technology.(3)The database uses a lightweight and widely used mysql relational database.The database can be used for simple and effective data management,and the data is processed through the mybatis framework.(4)Analyze and study system security.The system adopts the security design under the shiro framework,fully considers the current network threat characteristics,and designs functions such as user login authentication,browser request interception,user authority refinement,and prevention of hacker attacks.At the same time,the MD5 algorithm is used to encrypt and protect the data.
