Quality tracing is an eternal topic for manufacturing enterprises.Whether raw materials from upstream suppliers or finished products distributed to downstream enterprises or end-users,the enterprises need to track and manage their quality.However,for different enterprises and different finished products,its manufacturing processes each are not identical,the quality of the need to track parameters also have difference.For quality controller,need to be an efficient way to collect,store,and analysis of product quality data,which exposed problem.Therefore,based on above situation,enterprises need to use computer data storage,rapid calculation and data analysis capabilities to help quality management staff to solve these problems.In the time of the informationization has been the core of the industry's ability to improve the product competitiveness,build a set of quality tracing system is an effective,then comprehensively cover all segments and elements of an enterprise from the delivery of finished products.Collect product quality data in a comprehensive manner,analyze and evaluate the quality level and quality problems of the products,and timely feed these information back to the enterprise research and development department to help them improve the research and development process,and strive to improve the quality of the finished products.In view of the above background and user demands,firstly we identified to use the Browser/Server mode for development,using the current popular Bootstrap system front-end design,through JQuery to achieve a higher complexity of page interaction.The back-end using Spring Boot framework and using MVC pattern to separate the front and back ends,to achieve the purpose of decoupling the front-end user interface presentation and back-end business logic.The front-end focuses on interface design and user experience;the back-end focuses on the abstraction and implementation of the business logic;the data manipulation part uses RESTful style to write reusable WEB APIs for developers to call.The responsibilities of the front-end and back-end are clear;developer can develop at the same time and speed up the system programming.Secondly,the system is analyzed and modeled using UML tools,centerd on use cases,successive iteration to complete the process of analysis and design.Finally,through the Junit test framework,we do the unit test on the back-end code to ensure the code quality.
