Research On The Differentiation Of Information Mode From The Perspective Of Digital Labor

With the continuous development of information technology,more and more people begin to engage in the labor of information production,dissemination and monitoring.The laborers use digital technology as the production and processing tool,and the role of the audience,the form of labor,the mode of information production and the propagation path have undergone corresponding changes.Facing the constant development and progress of digital society and information form,digital labor has become one of the important fields of communication research.In this paper,literature analysis and interdisciplinary approach are used to analyze the difference of information mode through the theory of digital labor.First of all,the theoretical development of digital labor is sorted out.In the traditional labor theory,the production process will produce a hierarchical structure of labor rights.Different from the organization and form of labor in the traditional manufacturing industry,the digital era can enable people to participate in labor independently.Secondly,the promotion of the digital age makes the form of labor develop in the direction of dematerialization and diversification.Algorithms,big data and the Internet of Things promote the formation of the digital space.People participate in the information extension process only by using the network platform,showing the characteristics of unremunerated,spontaneous and satisfied labor.In this process,media organizations are more dependent on users to publish information and sell advertisements to them,and the degree of commercialization of users' personal life and behavior data is improved.In the end,it leads to the differentiation of information modes and the formation of decentralized and non-technical production modes,and the change of information transmission path.However,the participation of users not only suffers from exploitation,but also gains a sense of identity and satisfaction.Therefore,with the continuous advancement of the digital era,people should reflect on the information dissemination in the digital era.In the future development process,people should continuously improve their personal cognitive ability and overall quality,and establish a good labor relationship in the whole society.
