Research On The Digital Labor Form And Dynamic Mechanism Of TikTok Users

Digital labor is developing in cyberspace,and it has become a new type of labor relations that can not be ignored.From traditional labor to digital labor is the leap of labor relations in the era of digital capitalism.The emergence of digital labor is the inevitable result of the development of Internet society.Digital labor can be seen everywhere in the Internet space,and because of its concealment,freedom,randomness and other characteristics,most media users do not know themselves in the process of digital labor.The existence of digital labor helps Internet enterprises realize capital conversion and rapid capital accumulation.Many users are gradually confused in the process of engaging in digital labor,resulting in multiple labor alienation phenomena such as media dependence,infringement of privacy rights,and irrational expression of emotions.This study starts from the theoretical perspective of "digital labor",focus on the Tiktok APP,the most popular short video in the Internet.Analyze the digital labor status of ordinary users on "Tik Tok" platform.This study uses observation method,content analysis method and in-depth interview method to elaborate from the following parts.The first chapter traces the theoretical source from the birth of digital labor.The transition from digital labor to traditional labor comes from the rise and development of the Internet,and the blurred boundary between production and consumption is the main reason for the birth of digital labor.Then the traditional labor and digital labor between the comparison,in the understanding of the development of digital labor at the same time can clearly understand the digital labor and traditional labor differences.After that,the author discusses the transformation of the role of "audience" and "user" to "digital labor" from the perspective of the audience commodity theory of political economy theory.Finally,the development of digital labor to make value analysis and evaluation.In the second chapter,use content analysis method,observation method,depth interview method three research methods,to analyze the labor forms of Tiktok users.Firstly,taking the account "Huawei" of Tiktok as the research object,the digital labor content of Tiktok users behind the account is analyzed.Then,on this basis,the forms of digital labor in the process of using Tiktok are elaborated from three perspectives:the digital labor of users themselves as commodities,the user labor under the flexible employment system,and the emotional labor in the consumer society.The third chapter analyzes the dynamic mechanism of digital labor of Tiktok users from two aspects of users and platforms.From the perspective of users,the satisfaction of users' emotions and the acquisition of social capital are the main motivations to drive users to conduct digital labor.From the perspective of platform,immersive communication,platform mechanism,social scenarios and intelligent distribution are the main motivations for Tiktok to guide users to intensify digital work.Finally,this study believes that digital labor is the product of new labor relations in social development and the general law of historical development.When people use network media,they cannot avoid becoming digital labor in the Internet.Therefore,the last chapter further considers and discusses the emergence of digital labor from the perspective of free communication and freedom of communication,and then sorts out the negative effects of digital labor in Tik Tok.Finally,several solutions are proposed from the perspective of platform and user.This study is helpful to enrich the research perspective of digital labor theory,and also to help users to clarify the overall situation of digital labor.Through the analysis of the labor form and dynamic mechanism of Tiktok users,it can also provide some production experience for reference for Internet enterprises.With the continuous development of the Internet,the digital labor group is also constantly expanding,so it is still necessary to study the theory of digital labor.
