Research On Process Improvement Of Software Development Project Of H Company's Private Equity Trading Platform System

The efficiency and quality of software development is the most important point in the process of software development.With the development of Internet and Information Technology in China,enterprise's business development has become increasingly dependent on software products.However,for the development and change of enterprise business,the software development process is often difficult to make a timely response.How to improve the efficiency and quality of software development by improving the process of software project development is a difficult problem for many enterprises.Through analyzing the whole situation of software development project process management in H company,this dissertation makes an in-depth study of the company's software development process and finds out the existing problems,combined with the Private Equity Fund Trading Platform System software development projects put forward the corresponding solutions.In this dissertation,the related theory of software process,the method of process improvement and OSSP process system model are obtained by literature research.Then it takes the software development project of H Company as the research case,and uses the method of investigation and case analysis to find all kinds of problems in the process management of h company's software project,such as difficulty in obtaining and producing demand,poor quality of development,inadequate project planning and Monitoring,etc..Based on the theory of software process management,it deduces the cause of the problem by using system analysis method in this dissertation.The reason is that the software process system is backward and does not match the current scale and business growth rate of H company,that leads to problems like this in software development projects.Then,based on the study of OSSP,the experts put forward corresponding optimization strategies and solutions in the software development project of the private equity trading platform system in view of the above problems,the process of Project Management,development and organization support is improved,and the preparation and guarantee measures of process improvement are also planned.Finally,according to the final results of the project,the effect of the process improvement is evaluated,and the future research direction is proposed.In this dissertation,Based on the theory of project process management and OSSP,and through the practice experience of Software Development Project Process Improvement of Private Equity Fund Trading Platform System,it is concluded that process improvement can further improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise software development,enhance the ability of software development to respond to business quickly,and meet the requirements of enterprise software products to the greatest extent.It can not only help h company improve the overall level of its software development project management and IT construction,but also provide reference for other enterprises with similar problems,especially those engaged in internet fund sales business.
