With the increasing popularity of the Internet,people's access to all kinds of information is increasingly dependent on the Internet.Once traditional search engines such as Google,baidu is the first choice for users to information retrieval,time also in the progress and development,people's information demand and the degree of information value is looking forward to increasing,traditional web search results content homogeneity serious,large information content's mad,efficiently from the vast data to obtain valuable information become a problem.The emergence of social search platforms,such as social question-and-answer system,social media and social labeling system,has gradually changed people's search experience from the human-computer search interaction mode in the past to people-oriented search.It is worth studying what factors can motivate users to continuously use social search as an information search method.Previous studies have focused more on a specific social search platform than on the whole.In addition,many studies ignore the subject-user aspect of retrieval.From the perspective of user cognition,it includes individual cognition and system cognition,as well as the degree and mode of influence of user satisfaction and user income on users' intention to use social search platform continuously.Based on this,Suggestions for service enhancement and improvement are put forward for social search platform.This paper carries on the summary and the definition of related concepts of social search combed the domestic and foreign research status quo of social search behavior,on the basis of information system success model,the introduction of cognitive theory of self-efficacy and outcome expectations,combining the feature of social search platform,puts forward social search platform users intend to study the influential factors of the continuous use models and assumptions,and design evaluation scale,design the questionnaire survey,empirical research on the revised scale,use of Excel and SPSS software was carried out on the recovery of data correlation analysis,regression analysis,variance analysis and path analysis.It is found in this study that WeChat,weibo and baidu encyclopedia are frequently used in many social search platforms.In terms of social labeling system platform,Douban.com has the highest frequency of use.In terms of social question answering system,Zhihu and Baidu have the most users.In social search engines,the vast majority of users use sogou.From the survey of the average user to use social search platform number and average every time the amount of time,most of the users,social search platform to search demand information on a daily basis,from the point of average every time the amount of time,the user can control within half an hour,it can be seen that each search information,the purpose is clear.Most of the information searched by users on social search platforms are learning information,life leisure information and entertainment information.The empirical study finds that the information quality,system quality and service quality of the social search platform have no significant positive impact on users' willingness to continue using,but can influence them through the indirect effect of user satisfaction and user income.Self-efficacy,expectation of results,user satisfaction and user revenue have significant positive effects on users' intention to continue using,among which user revenue has the greatest effect on users' intention to continue using.The difference analysis results show that the gender characteristics,different regions,understanding of social search and frequency of use do not have significant differences in each dimension.Except that user age has no significant influence on users' intention to continue using,all other dimensions have significant influence.The sense of identity of older users is generally higher than that of younger users.Users' occupations show different characteristics in information quality and user income of social search platform.Employees in enterprises have a higher sense of identity than students in these two aspects.The degree of self-efficacy and result expectation of users are different,and the degree of self-efficacy and result expectation of doctoral/graduate students is higher than that of undergraduate students.Users' Internet age has a significant impact on all dimensions,and users with long Internet age have a higher sense of identity than users with low Internet age.Finally,based on the above research results,this paper proposes Suggestions for the construction of social search platform.
