The size of China's mobile phone customer market has grown from 605 million in the fourth quarter of 2015 to the first quarter of 2017 to the first quarter of 2017.However,since the second quarter of 2016,the growth rate has gradually decreased and the growth rate has slowed down,compared with the growth of the user scale.This means that the bonus of the new users is fading,and the user is close to the saturation state.Improving the satisfaction of existing users will be the main goal of the news client optimization,compared with the attractive users.Compared with the App and portal news aggregation news App,traditional media's news App obviously in the inferior position,based on the summary of previous research results,the mobile information App as a relatively independent media product to study,to the audience as the center,to explore their mobile information App concerns to understand the information and preferences of mobile App on the audience to meet the demand.Through rigorous statistical modeling,it is found that the interface design,convenience and timeliness of information APP will have an impact on user satisfaction,but users' expectation recognition has greater impact on user satisfaction.On the other hand,the impact of perceived usefulness on user behavior exceeds the expected degree of recognition,and the second-bit impact factor is the use of security.That is to say,when users think that information APP is more valuable to themselves,and can protect their privacy and security,they will use this information APP more actively.
