With the continuous improvement of living standards,the individualized needs of products are more and more prominent,the product life cycle is shortened,and the number of waste electronic products is increasing.Based on environmental protection,more and more countries began to attach importance to the development of closed-loop supply chains,began to recycle waste electronic products,and developed remanufactured products.However,compared with developed countries,China's remanufacturing industry is still in the early stages of exploration.The reason for restricting China's remanufacturing development is that remanufacturing has not been widely recognized as a new concept."Dare not buy",consumers 'willingness to pay is very low;at the same time,manufacturers do not understand consumers' perceived value and focus on remanufactured products,so they cannot adjust operating strategies accordingly,and it is not clear how to better sell remanufacturing product.Reviews are indispensable to product manufacturers and retailers.Whether the overall operation of the closed-loop supply chain can find consumers' hot spots or feedback through mining reviews has become the key to enterprise development.At this stage,the research on the application of online reviews to manufacturers mainly involves: the management of online reviews,product pricing and product sales,but there is a lack of research on the application of online reviews from the perspective of closed-loop supply chains.Therefore,based on the real Jingdong data text,this article analyzes and finds problems in each link of the closed-loop supply chain,optimizes and recommends production,marketing,logistics and recycling and remanufacturing,and adjusts operating strategies in time to improve remanufactured products.Production quality and service quality,and better serve consumers.In this article,first use the Apriori algorithm to identify frequent item sets,and filter the features based on the PMI-IR algorithm to obtain the demand characteristics of new products and remanufactured products that consumers pay attention to.The specific views of each person on the characteristics;finally,use the co-occurrence graph to analyze the characteristics of low sentiment,find the improvement points of each feature,and provide optimization suggestions for the overall operation of the closed-loop supply chain.The study found that:(1)Consumers have different concerns about new products and remanufactured products.For remanufactured products,after-sales service,quality assurance,and price advantages should be emphasized in the marketing process;(2)In the production design process,consumers 'emotional tendency toward " performance " is negative,and the focus should be on reducing the screen and battery wear and upgrading The texture of the mouse and keyboard improves the design of the notebook;(3)In the logistics link,we should focus on improving product packaging to prevent "breakage" and "deformation" of the product,and at the same time increase the speed of distribution;(4)in recycling and manufacturing The link focuses on the treatment of "scars" and "defects",while scientifically recovering,preventing secondary damage,and improving the efficiency of remanufacturing.In a practical sense,accurately locating customer needs through the review text and optimizing the operating system of the closed-loop supply chain can help enhance the core competitiveness of various enterprises in the closed-loop supply chain.By tapping useful features,timely improve production and product design,improve production decision-making and service quality;in addition,effectively achieve precision marketing and increase sales of remanufactured products,which is essential for the smooth promotion of closed-loop supply chain;Finally,the entire text The process of analysis provides new ideas for manufacturers to effectively use comments.
