Design And Implementation Of Revenue And Expenditure Management Subsystem In The Internal Control System Of An Administrative Institution

In the current era of Internet informationization,the construction of internal control system of administrative institutions is inseparable from the support of information platforms.Embed internal control system into information system,combined with the internal control concept and internal control methods,focuses on improving administrative institutions Many problems in internal control management.At the same time,with the development of cloud technology,the emergence of various cloud platforms is one of the most important links to achieve enterprise transformation.The cloud platform provides cloud services for application development,allowing users to fully enjoy a series of stable and low-cost service support,thereby improving development efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to create an internal control system for administrative institutions based on cloud platforms,change the situation of information separation and block management of various economic activities of the unit,and realize the overall control of the economic activities of the unit.This paper analyzes the design and implementation process of the revenue and expenditure management subsystem in the internal control system of this administrative institution.It mainly discusses the two functional modules of income management and expenditure management in the system.Using the idea of software engineering,the research content is first proposed from the background of the project,and the actual needs of the system are analyzed and summarized through the use of business process and use case modeling methods.Then based on this,the system architecture,functional modules,databases,and interfaces are analyzed.The outline design was carried out;the detailed design and coding implementation of the revenue and expenditure management subsystem were carried out.Finally,test the system,including unit tests,functional and non-functional tests,to ensure that the system is safe and available.This system is based on cloud platform for project development.Its front-end uses ES6 development language and front-end frameworks such as React.The back-end uses Java development language,integrates frameworks such as Spring,Spring MVC and MyBatis,and uses technologies such as MySQL database management tools for development.Provided an internal control system management platform to administrative institutions.
