Design And Implementation Of Telecommunications Capability Open Platform Operation Management Subsystem

With the rapid development of the Internet,telecom operators are facing challenges from mobile Internet services,their traditional services are at risk of being replaced.Therefore,they need to conduct business innovation through opening capability,to build a capability open platform based on Internet features and to enhance the vitality of their business capabilities through presenting their unique capabilities to users in the APIs(Application Programming Interface)forms and moving from the traditional closed model to an open model.However,the present internal interface of telecom operators lacks unified management,the access methods are disorganized and the interface parameters are not unified.Therefore,the telecommunications capability open platform realizes the unification of capability APIs,combines some atomic capabilities for productization and forms an intelligent voice cloud products series.The operation management subsystem designed in this paper provides a unified operation platform for the management personnel of the capability open platform along with business management,number pool management,network transportation management.It also provides data statistics management functions for the purpose of making it easier for the operations management personnel to manage users and business products.This paper introduces the relevant background of the subject,the status quo at home and abroad,the necessity of building a capability open platform and elaborates the relevant work the writer is responsible for in this subject.The requirements of the operation management subsystem were analyzed in detail while the implementation of this system is determined to be through the JFinal framework.A UML(Unified Modeling Language)use case diagram was used for functional analysis in the requirements analysis.The network structure design,software hierarchical architecture diagram and functional module diagram of the system are introduced.The database design is described through E-R diagram(Entity Relationship Diagram)and database table structures.The detailed design and implementation of some functional modules of the system are introduced,and the functional flow is described by a sequence diagram.At the end,the writer summarized the whole subject,and proposed the prospects of shortcomings.At present,the telecommunications capability open platform has been basically established,and the docking work with external interfaces has been completed.It has been officially launched and has realized unified management of telecom operator services.The operation management subsystem can carry certain concurrency through load balancing,which brings a good experience to users.
