As the development of Internet, open platform plays an important role in Cloud Computing. The open platform provides application programming interface to third-party developer who can develop some applications by utilizing these interfaces. The access system, as a part of the open platform, encapsulates the complicated interface of the underlying service provider, and open concise reliable interface to third-party developer.Currently, the popular access system is always developed as customized, which needs provides dedicated modules for every open service. It restricts the flexibility of the system development and hinders the performance optimization by scale-out when the system faces performance bottleneck. For this situation, based on asynchronous HTTP communication technology, we extract the similarity of SMS, MMS, and log file transfer service in access system, design and implement a service convergence system which possesses the main function of the access system. The main work of this paper is consisted of these:(1) The service convergence system packages the telecom special interfaces as Internet style, and provides mega-numbers mass service by using priority and random ordering number policy.(2) We studies the techniques that transfer a bulk log file to log file storage platform in high-efficiency. Based the existing bulk data transmission policy, the service convergence system presents a log file transmission algorithm which is independent of transport protocols. Our approach splits a log file into two:a description information file containing descriptions and a data file containing valuable data. Then, for log file transferring, we present a novel end-to-end Traffic Redundancy Elimination solution that relies on the power of match to eliminate redundant traffic between the sender and receiver.(3) Experimental results verify that the system can efficiently solve vast mass task for SMS and MMS, eliminate the redundancy in the log file and reduce the amount of data transmission by90%.
