Design And Implementation Of Open Telecommunication Service Capability For Cloud-based RTC Network Platform

With the flourish of OTT applications in mobile Internet,telecom operators facing the threat of "being pipeline".Compared with the mobile Internet providers,telecom operators have larger user resources and better network resources.Even though they can not meet the personalized or integrated needs of mobile Internet service.To seize this opportunity and meet challenge,telecom operators should explore their open mode ability of telecommunications services actively.By encapsulating good style open mobile Internet service capabilities,they finally achieve Internet-based RTC service operations.This paper proposed the design and implement of open telecommunications service system for the cloud-based RTC capacity platform,which aimed at two following questions:capacity open service and telecommunications service capability.Capacity open service provides authorization and authentication services,then opens capabilities to third-party applications and their users.Telecommunications service capability implements telecommunications for users from Internet and IMS/PSTN network,shielding difference to users during real-time communication,and achieve the integration of RTC service capability between mobile Internet and telecommunications.This paper introduced background and significance of RTC capacity network platform research first,and then according to the overall program and operational needs,proposing functional requirements of telecommunications service capability.After that,this paper gives core functional design,interface design and data structure design of telecommunications service capability,which based on decomposition and refining demand.Including defining authorization method to third-party applications and users,proposing resource control strategy for telecommunications service capacity like telecommunication number and also completing interaction process design for telecommunications service capability.Finally,this paper described the detail design and implementation of open telecommunications service system for the cloud-based RTC network platform,also performs functional test to verify the effectiveness of capacity open service and telecommunications service capability.At the end of this paper,the work is summarized and then gives the plan of next step.
