With the rapid development of mobile Internet applications which support real-time communications, the traditional telecom operators have been completely threatened by being pipeline. Although telecom operators have rich network resources and massive user resources, but its closeure led to unable to match the mobile Internet. In face of intensified challenges, traditional telecom operators have begun to encapsulate telecommunications services, mobile Internet services to open real-time communication capabilities.In order to solve the problems of capacity management and capability openness in RTC capability open platform design and implementation, this paper proposes and implements the application service capability of RTC platform based on ROA. Aimed to meet the service requirements of the third-party applications and their users, this topic encapsulates the commonly used RTC capabilities into user resources, conversation service resources, message service resources, and address book resources, thus realizing resource utilization and cloudiness of RTC service capabilities service.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of RTC capability platform based on ROA. According to the overall scheme of the platform and the actual service demand of application service capability, this paper puts forward the abstract requirement of application service capability in RTC capability platform, requirements decomposition and detailed description. Then, the paper designs and develops the core functions, external interfaces and data structures and association relations of the application service capability system, and determines the authorization method,capability resource management and open method for third-party applications and users. For different types of terminals, the platform provides two different control strategies:authorization mode and proxy mode. In the end, the thesis realizes the application service capability system of RTC platform based on ROA,completes the function test, and validates the application service capability through system testing and actual deployment. Finally, sum up the core content of this project and make prospects.
