With the development of our economy and the formation of global economic integration,the living environment of enterprises has undergone great changes and the challenges are increasing.How to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in this environment is a difficult problem that enterprises urgently need to solve.It is important for enterprises to gain advantage in the competition,improve the management level of managers,and form a good team.At the beginning of the research,the author has done a lot of research on the factors that affect the enterprise management level and how to improve the enterprise management level by reading and analyzing the relevant literature of domestic and foreign scholars on how to improve the enterprise management level.This shows that how to effectively improve the level of enterprise management is a major problem faced by enterprises.As a new high-tech industry,software service industry has high risk and high income.The high proportion of service-related costs;It is beneficial to enhance the customer's production and management level,and as a new industry urgently needs to seek ways to enhance its competitiveness in the capital market.The software service industry has a high demand for high-tech talents.It needs team cooperation to carry out software development and achieve business purposes.It needs continuous innovation to maintain the position of enterprises in the capital market.Core technologies are often leaked due to changes in personnel.And cost the business.Through literature research,it is found that better corporate culture and organizational commitment can reduce the departure rate to a certain extent,encourage organizational members to actively innovate,and guide organizational members to generate organizational citizenship that is beneficial to enterprises.This paper takes software service industry as the research object and studies the relationship between organization culture and organization commitment and organization citizenship behavior.First,by systematically analyzing relevant documents at home and abroad,determining the research ideas of this article,and finding suitable research methods and research scales,and putting forward reasonable assumptions through the use of empirical research methods,348 employees of software service industries in Qingdao and Rizhao in Shandong Province were selected.Using questionnaires and field visits to relevant research enterprises to obtain data on the impact of the organizational culture and organizational commitment of the software service industry on organizational citizenship,Through descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the collected data were analyzed,and the research results were discussed in depth.The main conclusions of the thesis are as follows:The organizational culture of software service industry has a significant positive influence on the organizational commitment;The extent to which the organizational culture of the software service industry is team,flexible,hierarchical and market has affected the active learning of organizational citizenship and the protection of company assets has not been confirmed.However,the four dimensions of organizational culture have significant positive influence on other dimensions of organizational citizenship.The continued commitment of the software service industry can lead to the generation of behaviors such as helping colleagues at work,daring to express opinions,being proactive,and maintaining the image of the company.The normative commitment of the software service industry can generate organizational citizenship that helps colleagues at work,dares to express opinions,maintains corporate image,actively learns,participates in public welfare activities,maintains environmental hygiene,and establishes good interpersonal relationships;The emotional commitment of the software service industry can promote organizational civic behavior such as participating in organizational activities,being proactive,and protecting corporate property.For the above research can not be comprehensive,it is necessary to put forward the opinions on improving the status quo of software service management on the basis of the research conclusions,and to make prospects for future research based on the lack of research.
