Job satisfaction and organizational commitment are the important concept in the study domain of human resource management and organization behavior, and the theorists and the business have attached importance to them all the while. How to enhance the staff s job satisfaction, and how to enhance the staff s organizational commitment, then prompt them exerting their potential while they are working, bring the biggest benefit for the enterprise, are the important questions that need discussion and solution urgently.By selecting some representative members working in media enterprises in Hunan province as investigation sample, we collect the data of these three variables Mentioned above paragraph by questionnaire. And we can make the following Conclusions by statistically analyzing 281 effective questionnaires:(1)The level about job satisfaction and organizational commitment of journalist in Hunan province are middle-level. (2) The different individual attribute has certain influence to staff' s job satisfaction and organizational commitment. (3) Staff s job satisfaction are related to organizational commitment, Job satisfaction positively related to affective commitment and continuous commitment significantly, while with little tie to normative commitment. (4)The staff s job satisfaction level can be a predictive variable of organizational commitment level, especially about affective commitment and continuous commitment, except normative commitment.The thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter 1 serves as an introduction to this paper, and specifies the purposes and significance to the paper. Chapter 2 introduces the definitions and some theories related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Chapter 3 puts forward some designs and researches, analyzing the statistics and researching hypothesis. Chapter 4 summarizes what we have investigated in the previous chapters, and also attempt to describe what is likely to be done in the future in this research field, Chapter 5 concerns itself about some suggestions of managing methods.
