Design And Implementation Of Smart Water Operation Monitoring System

The use of information technology in water management has promoted the generation of smart water,and many cities have been intelligentizing water management information systems.The water supply system in Rushan City,Shandong Province has problems such as scattered business,incomplete coverage,difficult linkage inspection and supervision,and difficulty in scheduling decision support.In view of the problems existing in the water informationization and business construction of Rushan City,the paper studies the transformation and upgrading of traditional water management by using information technology such as big data,cloud computing and Internet of Things.The paper proposes a smart water solution to solve the problems of the water system.The paper designed the overall design of Rushan Water Smart,and built a subsystem solution for water supervision to realize the information sharing and collaborative work of water enterprises,and realize the digitization,visualization and linkage of water operation,monitoring,management and service.To minimize the dispersion of business systems.Based on this,the system framework,logical structure,network topology,database,functional modules,etc.of the Rushan Water Operation Monitoring Subsystem were designed,and the corresponding functions were developed and implemented in practice.The specific functions of the system research and development include the pipe network GIS,operation monitoring,business charges and other modules,which realize the data entry,update,editing and service release of the water supply pipe network,and monitor the operation of the water plant during the water supply process and the operation information of the water supply monitoring point.The remote water meter data integration access,and improve the operation process to achieve business charges,etc.,completed a set of water monitoring,water,water,water supply and operations links Rushan water monitoring systemThrough implementation,the whole process of water operation monitoring is supervised,the water supply network information can be updated in real time,and the water supply map service has changed the traditional water supply management mode of Rushan City,providing effective management tools for the operation,dispatching and decision-making of water enterprises.
