The communication network is a key link in the construction of ubiquitous electric power Internet of things.Currently,the mainstream technologies used in distribution network communications including fiber optics,wireless public networks,and medium-voltage power line carriers,etc.,but there are limitations in cost and security,which restrict the construction of electric power Internet of things.Power wireless private network has the advantages of security,reliability,economy and flexibility,so it is of great significance to study the adaptability,business scope and application expansion of wireless private network according to the requirements of communication and security performance of multiple business scenarios.This paper first analyzes the key technologies and spectrum characteristics of power wireless private networks for current and future power control needs of power grid control,acquisition and mobile applications.Combining delay,bandwidth,packet loss rate,security and economic indicators,this paper proposes a A service quality evaluation model based on the improved analytic hierarchy process can improve the operation quality of electric power business.Then,combined with the improved analytic hierarchy process and the approach approaching the ideal solution,the suitability evaluation of the wireless private network and services is carried out.Based on the Matlab platform and the field measured data,the suitability of the wireless private network for many types of services is simulated,including the compatibility with EPON The comprehensive comparison of medium voltage power line carrier and other methods,and the selection of dual-mode wireless private network operation channels,can create favorable conditions for the construction and operation of the communication network of the substation Internet of Things and the distribution Internet of Things.Finally,the basic application scheme of LTE-U-based substation IoT and 1.8GHz/230MHz dual-mode power distribution IoT is designed,and the field tests of 1.8GHz and 230MHz dual-mode communication terminals are conducted.The results show that:The channel switching of the dual-mode communication terminal,the analog master station and the dual-mode communication terminal,and the dual-mode communication terminal are all in normal communication,which can meet the requirements of the distribution network communication application environment.
