reviews the basic theory of inventory management in supply chain environment,introduces the production,delivery and market supply mode of OEM mobile phone manufacturers,and takes D mobile phone mobile phone products of D Technology Development(Group)Co.,Ltd.According to the theory and practice knowledge of supply chain management and inventory management,the reasons are analyzed.Based on the theory of supply chain inventory management and joint inventory management,a series of solutions are put forward to realize the method and improve the effect,so as to forecast the demand and manage the supply for the company's customers.Business,information transmission,warehouse management,etc.Then,the author puts forward specific suggestions and implementation measures,hoping to find an
