In the actual production process,in order to improve product quality, reduce costs,it is necessary to produce the product parameters for the collection, monitoring and recording. With the rapid development and popularization of computer technology and information technology, data acquisition systems are widely used, especially in voice, radar, power, communications, sonar, aerospace and other fields, the accuracy of the data acquisition system requirements, speed requirements increasingly increased. In the data acquisition system, common with the MCU or DSP chip as the core. However, both implementations have some shortcomings,in contrast.FPGA has MCU and DSP incomparable advantages. Therefore, this article is designed multi-channel data acquisition system based on FPGA.Data acquisition system consists of FPGA based multi-channel data acquisition card and system software in two parts.FPGA based multi-channel data acquisition card includes signal conditioning circuit.A/D converter circuit,a data storage circuit,FPGA-based logic control circuit and USB interface circuit.System software design is divided into USB communication program and PC applications in two parts.USB communication procedures, including firmware, drivers.Firmware using CYPRESS EZ-USB FX2LP firmware development kit development, driver and host applications using Visual C ++ 6.0 and supporting development tools DrivcrStudio.WinXP and WinDDK development. In Quartus ? 9.0 through the integrated development environment for FPGA-based logic control module simulation results prove the feasibility of the design, the system features to meet the design requirements. The system can be at any time in the system reconfiguration an upgrading, with application flexibility, applicability, easy to carry features.
