The paper elaborates details and the research results of data acquisition system based on FPGA and the USB2.0 from several aspects, such as the overall plan, the hardware electric circuit, the software procedure and the performance test.AD transformation chip which is 12-bit, high sampling rate and low noise, guarantees both the noise ratio and the measuring accuracy of the data acquisition system. Through the FPGA chip, the data handling capacity of system is sharpened by the use of data buffer and ping pong technology. The utility of the USB2.0 has realized the data serial high speed transmission and satisfied the request of high data volume. The use of FPGA with higher integration rate, comparing with the use of separate device, reduces the design difficulty, enhances the system stability and meanwhile reduces the volume of equipment.
