Research On The Construction Of The Document Information Resource Guarantee System In The Library Of Higher Vocational Colleges In Guizhou

In the past few years,vocational education in Guizhou has developed rapidly,with a total of 42 vocational colleges.In these colleges and universities,libraries play the role of information resource center,which lays the foundation of information resource for school education and talent cultivation.In this paper,we first understand the actual situation of the document information resource guarantee system construction in higher vocational colleges in Guizhou province,and find the existing problems,such as the incomplete and disordered document resources,the disconnection between resources and existing courses,the lack of significant focus and characteristics,and the lack of maximum utilization.On the whole,the resources of the library cannot meet the demands of teaching,scientific research and teachers,students and readers,which makes it difficult for higher vocational colleges to further improve their educational level.With the development of higher vocational education in Guizhou,it is necessary to study the document information resource guarantee system of higher vocational colleges.However,in view of the current situation,the research results related to the document information resource guarantee system of higher vocational colleges are relatively rare,especially those based on higher vocational colleges in Guizhou.In view of this,the author chooses guizhou province higher vocational college library document information resources guarantee system construction this topic,carries on the exploration research.This paper first sorts out the literature and materials of the document information security system in the library of higher vocational colleges.On the basis of expounding the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,it explains the significance of perfecting the document resources information security system in the library.Based on the actual situation of higher vocational colleges in Guizhou province,data are collected and analyzed by means of online and offline investigation and field investigation,so as to find out the problems and related factors in the construction of the document information resource guarantee system of higher vocational colleges' library in Guizhou Province,and further explore the causes of the problems.Based on thetheory of information resource construction,this paper gives feasible Suggestions for the library of higher vocational colleges to improve its document information resource guarantee system.The paper puts forward the strategy of document information resource guarantee system,which can be used as reference for the library of high vocational school.To deepen their own development,improve the supporting environment for teaching and scientific research literature and information resources,to establish a document and information resources guarantee system that meets the actual development needs of higher vocational colleges and has its own characteristics,to provide reference and ideas.
