Since the 1980 s,the software and information technology services has developed rapidly from the beginning to the present,and has become a large strategic emerging industry.The country has also introduced a series of policies to promote its development.According to statistics,in 2018,the business revenue of the software and information technology services reached 6,306.1 billion yuan,and the number of enterprises reached37,776.The development forms of software and information technology services has gradually diversified,integrated with the fields of medical care,finance and education,etc.,the breadth of the industry has continued to expand,and the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure has been promoted.Meanwhile,the software and information technology services promote the development of science and technology,which has effectively affected economic development.By analyzing the influence mechanism of software and information technology services on economic growth,and constructing a linear model with the square term of core explanatory variables and comparing it with the linear model,it is believed that the software and information technology services has a nonlinear effect on economic growth.This paper selects provincial panel data of 30 provinces except Tibet from 2005 to 2017,uses Moran index to test the spatial autocorrelation of economic growth,and constructs spatial Durbin model and semi-parametric spatial panel model.This paper studies the impact of software and information technology services on China's economic growth from a spatial perspective.The empirical results show the findings from the spatial autocorrelation test,there is a spatial agglomeration effect in China's economic growth,with the provinces in the eastern highly clustered and the provinces in the western low clustered,which indicates the uneven development of economic growth.The results of spatial Durbin model show that the influence of the number of enterprises in the software and information technology services on the local economic growth is significantly positive,while the influence of the businessincome on the local economic growth is significantly negative,which clearly differed from the reality.It is believed that this is a deviation due to the linear space model not conforming the research problem.Therefore,by adding non-parametric,find that the semi-parametric spatial panel model is more realistic,and the impact of software and information technology services on China's economic growth is non-linear.The elastic effect of business income of software and information technology services on China's economic growth is U-shaped.With the continuous increase of business income level,the impact on regional economic growth is constantly changing,from promotion to suppression to promotion;The elastic effect of the number of enterprises in the software and information technology services on China's economic growth close to inverted U-shaped.When the number of enterprises in the software and information technology services is small and large,it suppresses the economic growth of China,and when the number of enterprises is in the middle position,it promotes economic growth of China.According to the empirical results,it is believed that the effective economic growth can be promoted by promoting the development of software and information technology services.Provinces with a high level of economic development have taken the lead in implementing the "rich neighbor" policy to maintain balanced development among regions;the government has imposed restrictions to avoid registering too many software enterprises,keep the number of software enterprises stable,encourage and support enterprises to expand their scale,and maintain healthy competition;rationally allocate resources between neighbouring provinces to promote the common development of neighbouring provinces;while developing software and information technology services,pay attention to other factors that affect economic growth,for example,improving the level of human capital,developing foreign trade in a rational manner.
