The Engineering Education Accreditation in China was officially launched in 2006 and has become an important driver for strengthening mutual recognition of international education,promoting the reform of engineering education and improving the quality of engineering education.In 2016,China has became a full member of the "Washington Agreement",that further enhancing the international influence of China's Engineering Education Accreditation.With the continuous development of China's Engineering Education Accreditation work,the scale of colleges and universities covered by accreditation is gradually expanding,and the number of colleges and universities participate in accreditation continuously increased.The method of innovation and technology application for Engineering Education Accreditation work has gradually become research hotspots.Curriculum management,as the core content of higher education talent training,has become the main basis and data source for the self-assessment process of Engineering Education Accreditation for college majors.Due to the complicated materials and data that need to be sorted and calculated for accreditation,the current traditional work methods have problems such as low work efficiency,poor improvement effects,and lack of technical assistance.In order to achieve efficient management,standardization improvement and information assistance of the Engineering Education Accreditation course management process,this thesis divided the Engineering Education Accreditation course management process into four stages of planning,implementation,evaluation and improvement based on the PDCA cycle theory.By using information technology,designed and implemented the system prototype of management information system for Engineering Education Accreditation courses.First,by analyzing the course management needs of college majors in Engineering Education Accreditation,combineing with the current status and requirements of Engineering Education Accreditation in China,the PDCA cycle theory with continuous improvement capabilities is integrated into the Engineering Education Accreditation course management process;second,the establishment of engineering education-oriented The PDCA model of accreditation course management proposed a comprehensive and meticulous and quantitative result evaluation method;then,using UML unified modeling language,combined with object-oriented analysis technology,and to start the analysis and design of application system prototypes;finally,the use of Java language Develop the Engineering Education Accreditation course MIS system with SSH framework and B/S framework,implement data verification,and realize the system functions.The prototype of the MIS system for Engineering Education Accreditation courses implemented in this thesis has certain practicality in continuously improving the teaching quality of courses,scientifically evaluating the results of the courses,and effectively improving the efficiency of accreditation work.It has certain reference value for future research in the field of Engineering Education Accreditation.
