Research On Computer R&D Management Optimization Of M Company Based On IPD Method

With the development of society and the continuous improvement of electronic technology consumers' demands for electronic products are increasingly demanding individualization and differentiation,especially the rapid development,individualization and the product upgrade speed of mobile phones in the past 10 years.As a terminal for information processing,computer personalization is also becoming more and more popular among young people,and the speed of product upgrade of these computers is getting faster and faster and the price is getting lower and lower.Personalized computers mean small quantity but greater diversity for computer R&D companies.The era of one model of a computer for one or two years is gone forever.So,how to rapidly develop more diverse computers with the same labor costs is the challenge that all computer companies must face.This paper points out the problems in the process of developing computers and the reason analysis by using systemic analysis method and expounding the current situation &management process of developing computer of company M.Carrying out analysis of HR problems and process management problems in the computer development process of company M by using comparative method,analytical induction method and so on.Reengineering and optimizing the computer development process with the idea of Integrated Product Development(IPD)management.A modular R&D concept is proposed to compare the pre-and post-optimization effects of computer development through data collection.This thesis uses the theory of integrated product development,flexibly applies according to the actual situation of computer company M,proposes product development and optimization solutions suitable for computer company M and improves research and development efficiency,thereby improving the competitiveness of enterprises,and it also has certain referential significance of promoting Modular research and development among similar enterprises.
