Study On Security Capability Of Marine Emergency Communication For Tianjin Coast Radio

With more and more activities at sea,the traffic flow increases,related maritime operations will be further increased,the maritime safety issues will come into greater focus.Therefore,it is of great significance for marine emergency communication guarantee.And it is necessary for maintaining maritime traffic safety,supervising water safety and travelling on water.However,due to the late research on maritime emergency communication,there is no mature index system for evaluating the emergency communication.It is of critical significance for establishing a scientific index evaluation system of maritime emergency communication support capability.The paper makes in-depth analysis on emergency communication guarantee of emergency preparedness,linkage early warning and emergency response by literature research method,survey research method and analytic hierarchy process.In order to improving the maritime emergency communication of Tianjin Coastal Radio Station,this paper draws useful enlightenment in perfecting the organizational system,increasing infrastructure investment,strengthening emergency linkage and optimizing emergency command mechanism and builds an evaluation model of maritime emergency communication support capability by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation model of emergency communication support capability is put forward,and the support capability of Tianjin Coastal Radio is evaluated comprehensively,which further reflects the specific problems of Tianjin Coastal Radio in emergency team building,emergency equipment maintenance and monitoring,and emergency team dispatch efficiency.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the support capability of Tianjin Coastal Radio in maritime emergency communication are put forward.
