| In recent years,natural disasters have occurred frequently in China.At the same time,major emergencies also showing an increasing trend in China,so the development of emergency communication systems is particularly important.This dissertation is based on the national project "Research and Application Demonstration of Key Technologies of Emergency Convergence Communication Based on Radio and TV System".Based on the needs of the system,the design of the software solution and transmission system architecture for the emergency convergence communication system and the design and implementation of the key modules of the equipment at all levels of the system are compeleted.The emergency integrated communication system consists of three levels of communication equipment: distribution aggregation server,mobile emergency communication platform and multi-mode integrated terminal.The distribution aggregation server completes the aggregation and scheduling of the information and submits the information to the emergency command center,the mobile emergency communication platform completes the information relay work of the terminal and the server the multimode terminal completes the information collection and transmission of the emergency site.This paper introduces the construction of the MIPS terminal development platform system based on cross-compilation,and completes the design and implementation of a software solution for key functional modules of all levels of equipment based on Linux kernel.the environmental plan construction and testing of the link of the multi-mode integrated terminal to the mobile emergency communication platform and the mobile emergency communication platform to the server of the distribution aggregation server are completed.The main functional modules include selected retransmission and ACK transmission optimization based on multi-link、device adaptive access based on hash-map,terminalserver bypass,multi-link capacity measurement,real network device and virtual network device. |
