The development of the shipping industry makes the maritime training of seafarers more and more important.In a training held in an offshore area,the training vessels and the support vessels on the sea only need to exchange the command evaluation information such as voice,video,texts,etc.with the command center based on the shore through the maritime wireless communication system.However,the existing maritime wireless communication system adopts the heterogeneous networks,which introduces the problems of complex system structure,high error rate and low coverage,making it quite difficult to meet the increasing demand.Based on the technical features and advantages of TD-LTE technology,A application plan of TD-LTE technology is proposed in this paper for the maritime wireless communication system.First of all,a thorough system requirement analysis is accomplished based on the relevant training plan and schedules,summarizing the types of control information,finalizing the goal of the system design.Secondly,the application plan of the system is proposed accordingly.Finally,the system base station deployment plan is determined after the designs of the system structure,the key part of the system and the frequency network,considering the characteristics of maritime communication,as well as the estimation of system coverage.By using TD-LTE technology,the establishment of the maritime wireless communication system makes it possible to communicate with a higher speed,more stability and a complete coverage on the sea training area,meets the needs for multiple transport requirements from the sea,and lays a solid foundation for the future development of maritime training.
