Study On The Path Of Public Service Capability Construction Of Coast Radio Station

The coast radio station is a public welfare institution providing distress and secure communication services to coastal areas in China,and which is also an important part of Chinese transportation support system.It provides safe and reliable communication guarantees for ships home and abroad in Chinese sea areas,and plays an important role in safeguarding Chinese marine rights,ensuring the safety of navigation and stimulating the development of shipping economy.In recent years,with the continuous development of the maritime transport industry and the volume of navigable cargo,the communication needs of crew users have been constantly increasing,which also bring new business growth points and development opportunities for the coast radio station.However,due to the late start of the classification reform of the coast radio station,coupled with the problems of backward communication technology and single service mode,its public service system are not mature enough,which makes the public service seriously inadequate,and is difficult to meet the needs of users for water communication.Therefore,focusing on the backward status of public services,how to realize the transformation and upgrading of technology and service is an urgent problem for the coast radio station.This thesis is mainly researching the path of public service capability construction of coast radio station,combining with the operational status of Tianjin costal radio station.The main research is as follows:On the basis of carding the research status at home and abroad,combined with the status quo of Tianjin Coast Radio Station,this thesis deeply analyzed the problems in the development of its public service.Besides,the thesis uses the AHP to construct the index evaluation model of public service capability of Tianjin Coast Radio Station,and explores the factors that need to be improved mostly in the process of public service construction by questionnaires and data analysis.Combined with the analysis results,this thesis summarizes the path of public service capability construction suitable for the coastal radio stations,and puts forward some countermeasures on perfecting service system,optimizing business process,strengthening infrastructure construction and improving innovation ability.
