In recent years,unmanned driving has gradually become a popular research field,but there are situations such as data transmission efficiency and delay,so unmanned driving has not been able to really put it into practical use.5G is the latest generation of communication technology.It has the technical characteristics of low latency,high broadband,and massive connections.5G provides technical support for the practical application of driverless driving.In the future,5G will spawn a variety of driverless application scenarios.Service design is a full-process,multi-angle and systematic design thinking,which can provide methodological guidance for unmanned application practice.This topic takes corporate catering as the starting point for design,and Lexin Group as the research object,using questionnaire surveys,user interviews,and field visits,from the stakeholders of the existing corporate catering services,service models,service processes,service contacts Carrying out research on points and other aspects,it is found that the existing enterprise catering services cannot meet customer needs,and there are many problems such as catering is difficult to choose,delivery is not timely,notification is not timely,catering becomes warm and so on.Based on the above problems,this paper uses 5G technology and service system design concepts to study unmanned delivery service scenarios,service stages,service processes and touch points,constructs an unmanned delivery service system,and draws a user experience map and service blueprint.Finally,based on the above research results,design practice was conducted to verify its feasibility.The design of this paper is based on the rational understanding of technology and is achievable.In the course of the research,through an on-site inspection and investigation of the enterprise and an analysis of the existing service system,an unmanned delivery service system was constructed,which can provide theoretical basis and practical support for the design of related 5G application scenarios.
