Power communication network is not only an indispensable part of modern power system,but also the basis of safe,reliable and stable operation of modern smart grid.The development of modern power grid can not be separated from the support of communication network.That is to say,the development of power communication network is as important as the development of power grid.With the development of power communication network,the scale of power communication network is also growing.It has gradually evolved into a network system with many network nodes,complex networking mode and undertaking many power system production and non production business.After years of communication engineering construction,the power system has summarized and formulated the power communication industry standards,involving the visible optical cable,equipment and network management part,as well as the inspection and acceptance of various functions that can be realized by the network management,and the detection of hardware performance indicators of equipment operation.However,the rationality of resource allocation,which is crucial to the quality of power communication engineering,is ignored,that is,the occupation of low-level cross resources of communication equipment.As a result,the visible hardware of the large-scale power communication network is becoming more and more perfect,but the internal resource occupation of important equipment has not been paid attention to and controlled so far.In view of the overall specification of the hardware part of the power communication engineering,the research content of this paper is to propose that the low-level cross resource occupancy of the communication equipment is an internal important factor affecting the quality of the power communication network,and use the gray theory to predict whether it reaches the threshold in advance,so as to avoid the occurrence of faults,and provide the decision basis for the later optimization work.Then it is suggested that the occupation of low-level cross resources of communication equipment be included in the design,acceptance and other important links.Therefore,this study proposes the following results:First of all,the rationality of allocation of resources for the bearer service of communication network is analyzed,which is reflected in the use of low-level cross resources of communication equipment.Then,through the grey theory,the paper forecasts the utilization of low-level cross resources in the next stage of the core ring network of a power communication network,and compares it with the safety value,so as to predict in advance and take effective measures.Secondly,it is suggested that the occupation rate of low-level cross resources occupied by the communication equipment business configuration of the core nodes and key nodes of the communication network should be included in the design and acceptance of the power communication engineering,so as to achieve the quality depth during the construction period of the project,and avoid the potential safety hazards brought by the project to the later operation and maintenance process of the communication network.Finally,the application of grey prediction in a power communication network is proposed,which can be used to predict the low-order cross occupancy of key nodes and core stations in the network,and the measures to solve the high occupancy rate of loworder cross resources are listed,so as to determine the direction of resource allocation in the next stage.The research shows that based on the grey theory,the low-order cross occupancy of the core and key node communication equipment in the power communication network can be predicted in advance,which plays a role in predicting the security of the communication network carrying services in advance,plays a role in decision-making and suggestion for the future communication network project,and further improves the overall operation quality of the communication network.
