Dicing saw is an important processing equipment in Semiconductor industry.Control software is the core of automatic dicing saw's control system,including humancomputer interaction,automatic focus recognition,automatic cutting,automatic diagnosis,database management and dicing technology and other key technologies.There are many problems in control software of domestic dicing saw,such as complex operation,few functions,weak scalability and difficult modif ication.Therefore,this paper developed a thread based control software for the double-spindle dicing saw.The main contents are as follows.(1)The whole framework of control system of dicing saw's was designed.Through the idea of modularization,the hardware,software function,interface and data are separated,and the control software was divided into hardware control module,software function module,interface and data management module.The modularization of the control software is conducive to the r eplacement of the hardware modules of the machine tool,the improvement of the expansibility and compatibility of the software,the improvement of the efficiency of programming and testing,the reduction of workload,provides the convenience of machine dat a and process management,and provides the convenience for the subsequent system of function expansion.(2)Function module design of the dicing saw's software system based on thread.Through the research and analysis of the thread technology,the height m easurement function,automatic identification and cutting process in the software system are designed and developed with the idea of thread.Through threads to achieve the software system to respond to the user's activities,provide rich human-computer interaction,improve the user experience,and presented the data to the user as soon as possible.According to the technological requirements of the dicing machine,the software function program is designed,including height measurement,automatic focusing,automatic identification cutting,etc.(3)The human-computer interface and process data management system of control software are designed.The design of interactive interface adheres to the design principles of people-oriented,functional classification a nd operation consistency.The process data management system involves cutting process management,equipment parameter management and blade management,etc.establish the database of the dicing saws,and realized data operation and cutting process managemen t by accessed the database.(4)The function and performance of the software are verified by engineering.The experiment shows that the short-term stability of auto focus is high,and the image displayed after focusing is clear and sharp.After automatic cutting,data collection is carried out for the cutting workpiece,and the cutting width,position and quality can meet the processing requirements...
