A Study Of The Host's Discourse In "Voice"

With the rapid development of the Internet and the rapid progress of media technology,TV programs are classified more finely and the audience positioning is clearer.However,the more and more program hosts are marginalized and hidden,and the influence of the host's words is gradually weakening.In this environment,excellent hosts such as Sa Beining,Dong Qing and Bai Yansong still have a high voice and strong influence in the program.In order to analyze the reason,this paper takes Sa Beining's discourse as the research object,selects Sa Beining's discourse in "Voice" program as the corpus,randomly selects 50 programs,and analyzes Sa Beining's discourse characteristics and strategies through ROST CM6 and other analysis software.The study found that Sa Beining's discourse has four types of characteristics: high proportion of multi-level discourse,refined and new vocabulary,rich sentences,complete structure and various combinations of figures of speech.Sa Beining constructed the unique "Sa Beining" self-identity through self-discourse,the professional identity of professional host through professional discourse,and the social identity of legal person,artist and literati in three different social fields through social discourse.Sa Beining constructed a quasi-social relationship with the audience from three levels of cognition,attitude and behavior,thus enhancing the influence of discourse.The cognitive level enables the audience to have initial interest,the attitude level enables the audience to have emotional connection with Sa Beining,and the behavior level enables the audience to be influenced by Sa Beining's words and change their views on the world and their behaviors in real life.This article ponders and analyzes the discourse features and strategies of excellent host Sa Beining,which can provide reference for other growing hosts,at the same time,it can also enable excellent hosts to find their own shortcomings and encourage them to grow continuously.
