Wit h the development of semiconductor industry is more and more nat ional attent ion,scribing machine as the main equipment of chip cutt ing in semiconductor packaging link,in the automat ion industry occupies a more and more important posit ion,but after domest ic scribing machine equipment to produce the machine for cutt ing the runt ime stabilit y is very poor,this not only reduces the product io n efficiency,but also cost a great deal of the late when debugging,human and financial resources in the domest ic market of scribing machine it is difficult to open the situat ion.In order to better adapt to the needs of the domest ic market,this paper redesigns the electronic control system for the instabilit y of the exist ing automatic grinding wheel scratching machine.The main contents are as follows:(1)Hardware design of chip electromechanical control system.Introduces the electric control system composit ion and working principle of scribing machine,impact on the stabilit y of the electric contro l system for electromagnetic interference problem,on the basis of the exist ing automat ic scribing machine,using Siemens PLCS7-1500 instead of with PMAC mot ion control card to the execution of scribing machine under a machine control servo system is contr olled by the original pulse way into bus control mode,including hardware select ion,the construct ion of the servo control system,etc.(2)Chip electromechanical control system scheme design.In view of the funct ions to be realized by the carding machine,the circuit of the electronic control system is designed and improved,taking into full considerat ion the factors that affect the stabilit y of the carding machine,including the design of electrical schemat ic diagram,the design of height measurement,the design of motor return to zero,and the design of power supply.(3)Software design of Siemens PLC electronic control system.The control system is configured and communicated through Siemens boto software,the I/O port is allocated according to the needs of the scribing machine,and the PLC program and algorithm are written for the mot ion control funct ions and requirements of the scribing machine,and then the machine is debuggled and compared wit h the original machine and tested.In this paper,based on t he exist ing scribing machine,scribing mechanical and electrical control system for the design and development,through the system test results show that the design of electric control system can be applied to exist ing scribing machine,and can meet the requirements of scribing machine cutt ing operat ion,this is the scribing mechanical and electrical control system to make a preliminary study and design improvements,for subsequent scribing mechanical and electrical control system research provides the dire ct ion and way of thinking.
