The Internet of Things(IOT)is the third technological revolution in the development of the world's information industry after computers and the Internet.It has profoundly affected the operation and lifestyle of human society.As a key enabling technology from the IOT perception layer,Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)was considered to potentially replace the bar code technology in the future and has revolutionary impact on many industries,such as manufacturing,retail,and transportation.The widespread application of RFID technology is a major change in enterprise service modes,and it is an important tactics for enterprise's innovation,development and transformation,as well as upgrading and improving quality and efficiency.At present,the ratio of RFID adoption in China is far lower than developed country,and there are still many practical problems in enterprise's adoption,application,and industrial diffusion.In and out of China,RFID development and application has been wildly promoted by governments and enterprises.So it has great academic value and practical significance to study the regularity,influencing factors and promotion strategies of RFID adoption and diffusion.In order to promote the enterprise's RFID adoption and diffusion under the IOT environment,the regularity of adoption and diffusion were analyzed,and a dynamic model was constructed.On the basis of this model,a series optimization strategies for promoting enterprise's RFID adoption and diffusion were provided.These will enrich and expand the research field of RFID adoption and diffusion,and provide reference value and guiding significance for the scientific and rational implementation of enterprise's RFID adoption and diffusion.This thesis research is mainly divided into three parts listed as below:Firstly,the influencing factors of RFID adoption and diffusion were studied.Based on the existing theory and combined with the perspective of opponents,the two-stages process of RFID adoption and diffusion was studied.Based on the practical situation of enterprise's RFID adoption and diffusion,from the perspective of system dynamics,the sub-factors of two subsystems and the causal relationship between each factor were described.Furthermore,a system of RFID technology adoption and diffusion influencing factors was constructed,and a causal relationship was drawn up.Secondly,system dynamic modeling and simulation of RFID adoption and diffusion were constructed.After clarifying the system dynamics modeling principles and steps,based on the causal relationship,a basic tree model of enterprise's RFID adoption and diffusion system was constructed.Embedding the basic tree model,the system diagram of RFID adoption and diffusion was constructed.Through network analytic method and questionnaires,relevant data was collected to establish parameter equations.Meanwhile,Vensim PLE software was used for model verification and simulation analysis.Thirdly,promotion strategy of enterprise's RFID adoption and diffusion was put forward.Based on the simulation analysis results,as well as the practical experience and enlightenment of domestic and foreign governments in the diffusion of technological innovation,considering the current status and problems of RFID adoption and diffusion in china,promoting strategies of enterprise's RFID adoption and diffusion were proposed from three aspects: Optimizing the RFID adoption and diffusion support environment,constructing the RFID technology innovation mechanism,and improving the RFID technology dissemination mechanism.
