The monetization,distribution,decentralization and industrial consensus of the blockchain can promote the establishment of industrial alliances,solve the problems of data sharing,value transfer and high transaction costs inherent in the industry.Therefore,many enterprises regard the blockchain as their own transformation and upgrading.The next breakthrough.All industries are aware of the huge potential of blockchain technology in innovative business models and optimizing business processes,and further increase blockchain technology and application research and development.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to explore the influencing factors of adopting blockchain technology.This paper uses empirical and simulation methods to study the influencing factors of blockchain technology adoption and diffusion.Firstly,based on the theory of innovation diffusion and TOE framework,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of adopting blockchain technology from the perspectives of technology,organization and environment,and puts forward 14 hypotheses.Through questionnaire surveys for senior executives and technical department heads,a valid questionnaire of 205 points was obtained,and then the data obtained from the survey were tested using structural equations.The research shows the relative advantages,compatibility,complexity,data security and cost savings of the technology.Organization size,organizational skill level,senior leadership support,government support,competitive pressures,and regulatory pressures all have a significant impact on the adoption of blockchain technology by companies.Finally,the empirical analysis of the influencing factors is carried out to construct a system dynamics simulation model to explore the complexity and dynamics of blockchain technology diffusion at the industrial level and at the enterprise level.After the validity of the model is tested,the blockchain technology adoption and simulation studies are carried out for enterprises with different innovative industries and organizational adequacy.The results show that the higher the innovation,the faster the diffusion rate of industrial blockchain technology.The higher the organization's sufficiency,the stronger the intention of adopting blockchain technology.
