Vibration level detection device is a new level sensor made by the principle of piezoelectric vibration effect,it can solve the problem that general instruments can not be used in harsh environments such as steam,dust,foam and electromagnetic interference,meanwhile favored by users in quality and price.In this paper,the development status of the vibration level detection device industry,the research significance of the subject and the current problems are briefly described,the theoretical foundations of the piezoelectric cantilever beam and vibration are introduced.Based on the basic principle of vibration measurement,the article designs an overall technical scheme of a detection system using a straight rod probe as the sensing element,discusses the hardware circuit and software program of the system in detail.The system adopts a straight probe+controller+personal computer architecture.Firstly,the hardware circuit of the controller is designed with the STM32F103RCT6 low-power chip as the core,which constitutes the lower computer module of the system.Communication data transmission and other functions,the hardware design discussed in detail,improved and related parameter calculation description.At the same time,based on the hardware foundation,the system software programming was completed,some programs were introduced,including AD acquisition,LMS adaptive filtering,communication protocol,the host computer interface designed with Qt and supporting the device.Then,in order to solve the problem of system hysteresis,a compensation control algorithm based on fuzzy PID was studied.The feasibility of the compensation algorithm was verified by establishing a hysteresis model and Matlab simulation,which brought a theoretical basis for the improvement of system accuracy.Finally,the system was tested and experimented with functional tests of each module,then the system was tested for data stability,linearity error,sensitivity and repeatability.The experiment showed that the system reached the expected performance index.The results of this paper provide a certain research foundation for the development of the subsequent vibration level monitoring system,and have a good application values.Use this device can not only reduces the requirements for the measurement environment,but also proposes to design a friendly human-computer interaction interface by using Qt,the remote and effective monitoring of the material level in the container is realized,the risk degree of the duty personnel in the harsh industrial environment is reduced.
