Servo Vibration Sensor And The Application

At present, servo sensor is being used in low and ultra-low frequency vibration measurement. The typical application field is civil and hydraulic engineering and seismological observation, some other fields are also using servo sensor.Two contents are discussed emphatically in the paper: First is servo sensor, second is the application of servo sensor in low and ultra-low frequency vibration measurement. There is no hard and fast line between the two contents. In most cases they are explained as a whole.In the paper, the character, application and normal requirement are presented in chapter 1. Then chapter 2 introduces the basics of the design for servo sensor, including magnetic circuit and various pendulums. The chapter 3 is the main part of the paper. The principle of servo sensor, including passive servo sensor, is introduced with great emphasis. A velocity sensor was designed by author, and some testing was doing with the sensor, the sensor was also compared with 941B sensor. The calibration method is introduced in chapter 4. At last, the paper give a summary about the development of servo sensor, and some views about the development of low and ultra-low frequency vibration measurement are also put forward.
