With the arrival of the "information age”,the "information" market of government and enterprise group customers has become an important enterprise development strategy for the large state-owned telecom operators.Governmententerprise group customers belong to the strategic customer groups and are the focus of current and even future competition among all telecom operators.As a high-speed channel for group users to access the network,"special line access technology for group customers" is an important business in China mobile's customer segment market.Now the three largest telecom operators have launched a white-hot competition in the market field of the special line access technology.In order to create better purchase conditions of products for enterprise customers to obtain more market share,a good pre-sale service is essential.What's more,customized network programs and reasonable valuation of products for the Government-enterprise group customers are integral part of the pre-sale service.The sale price of the special line is different according to different design scheme,network mode and the cost of investment.In order to improve the work efficiency of pre-sales service personnel and save enterprise cost,this paper designs and implements a pre-sales support system for dedicated line.The system can not only compare the designed and the existed line technology solutions,analysis the effect of the type and efficiency of user demand,but also can modify the design scheme of dedicated line according to the actual work needs.Finally,the support system provides a We Chat applet as the special interface to access the network design scheme and evaluate the cost of network products.It has been proved that the special line pre-sale support system not only simplifies the pre-sale service process,but also improves the work efficiency of relevant staff in some degree.The main contents of the article are arranged as follows:(1)System frameworks.This section introduces the development technology and frameworks used in this system in detail,including Uni-app framework,vue.js framework,Spring Boot framework,Mybatis framework,etc.(2)Demand analysis.In this section,the demand analysis of special line pre-sales service business of mobile group is described in detail,including special line networking scheme analysis,special line business type analysis,group customer level planning scheme,and network scheme selection analysis in actual work.(3)Global design.Based on the above requirements,this section describe presales service support system structure,business process,functional module division,front-end interface and background database construction of the special line of the mobile group.(4)Implementation details.This section elaborates the details of the special line pre-sale system implementation and an application example is presented to show the convenience brought by the system to the relevant personnel engaged in pre-sales support work of group dedicated line.
