The Design And Implementation Of Judgement On-line System

Recently, the National Court of Justice working to promote public meeting was held in Guangzhou, Shenzhen. The meeting noted three information disclosure platform as an opportunity to expand the scope of judicial openness, to innovate in the form of open justice, to let the people feel the justice in every judicial cases. Referee instrument to promote public is being carried out well, so this paper is to describe the system of Jiangsu Province People’s Court of judgement on-line system.The system is divided into inner and outer parts of the network portion of the network. The inner part of the system uses C/S architecture. It uses powerscript language to realize three main functions, including judgement on-line, judgement not on-line and judgement statistics. The outer part of the system uses B/S architecture, using JSP technology interface, and using Struts framework to achieve MVC, using Spring framework to manage the business logic layer, ORM-based Hibernate framework. The system uses Sybase as database and Tomcat as server.This paper describes the design and implementation of instruments online system. Including the network part of the instrument by instrument, select Internet module, and then convert the instrument and reported by an audit conducted after two clerical work published online. No access module in the instrument, the instrument is not the Internet conducted to select an application, after two audits, the instrument does not realize the Internet. Push the module and external network via Windows Scheduled Tasks Timer instruments within the network will be sent to the external network via ftp, to achieve the ultimate instrument of the Internet. It’s easy and convenient, and can promote continuous innovation and development of open justice.
