With the rapid development of information technology,the software of the manufacturing industry has gradually entered the development stage of customization on demand.There are more kinds of knowledge of manufacturing processes and the number is increasing.Therefore,it is necessary to process massive information and shared knowledge platforms to meet the manufacturing needs in the context of Industry 4.0.The thesis developed a process knowledge management system based on ontology and features,which integrated functions such as knowledge sharing,knowledge community,expert review,and system management.Firstly,based on the process knowledge management system,system requirements analysis and framework design is completed.The connotation of the four elements of process knowledge management system generation,organization,dissemination and application are analyzed.Based on this,the two major functional requirements of knowledge sharing and review of process practitioners and expert researchers in manufacturing in different fields are analyzed.Secondly,the overall system architecture and functional modules are determined,and the system model is established.Through the hierarchical relationship from the top user to the business to the bottom data,the four major functional modules of the system are derived.The system use-case diagram and the functional model which shows the relationship between each sub-functional module are established.Then,the thesis realizes the structured expression of process knowledge and builds the process knowledge base.The advantages of ontology expression process knowledge are analyzed,and the construction method is determined.By defining concepts and concept attributes,relationships and levels between concepts,the thesis use the protégé to complete the construction of process knowledge ontology base.And the thesis analyzes the structural process knowledge based on three-dimensional model.The geometric information,process parameters and semantic rules are integrated as the knowledge composition.The thesis proposes an ontology feature index algorithm to distinguish ontology instances,which is the key of knowledge base expansion implementation mechanism.Finally,the functions of the process knowledge management system are implemented and the system functions are tested.Based on the Model View and Controller design pattern,the process knowledge management system and process knowledge resource service system are designed.Based on the classic modular UI framework,a graphical visual interface that considers user experience and agile development is designed.The knowledge management,my collection,personal information and other functions of the front desk service system are tested.The test results show that the resource service system can realize the creation and submission of new process knowledge.The system administrator can assign relevant experts to review.After passing the review,the knowledge can be updated to corresponding category,verifying the resource service function of the front desk service system.The thesis tests the knowledge category management,user management function and system management function of the background management system,and explains the operation examples of knowledge classification,user information,roles,permissions and system announcement settings.The running example shows that the back-end management system can perform basic creat,retrieve,upedate and delete the user's personal information,system roles and corresponding role permissions verifying the good availability and practicality of the process knowledge background management system.
