Aiming at the actual industrial field,an asynchronous producer/consumer mode is adopted to design a message-oriented iot middleware to complete the interaction and data communication between the bottom sensor gateway nodes and between the gateway and the server,so as to shield the heterogeneity of the bottom network and realize the stable and reliable transmission of real-time data.By analyzing the architecture of the Internet of things,this paper proposes the functional requirements of iot message middleware in view of the diversity of node deployment,data collection and heterogeneous communication.The performance requirements of iot message-oriented middleware are proposed based on the limited energy,computing,storage capacity and communication bandwidth of gateway nodes.And the security and scalability requirements are proposed according to the strict and complex characteristics of industrial environment.According to this requirement,middleware is divided into modules according to functions.Finally,the design and implementation of each module of middleware is completed,including protocol conversion,command control,data processing,cache control,log and debugging,fuse,timer and so on.The functional integrity,robustness and concurrency of middleware were tested by simulation environment.The result of test shows that it has high applicability for industrial iot.It provides a logical and stable data source for Internet of things WEB services,which makes the network adaption layer and the application business adaption layer highly expandable.Finally,the system is trialed in the actual industrial Internet of things environment,achieving data interworking and sharing between different systems,providing basic data security assurance,completing data preprocessing to reduce the load of the application system,and proving the practical value of the solution.
