Case Study On Financial Issues Of Listing On Sci-tech Innovation Board

With the rapid expansion of many science and technology innovation enterprises with core competitiveness,high market recognition and in line with national development strategies,they will inevitably face the demand for listing.In order to better support domestic high-tech industry,the Sci-Tech innovation board came into being.In July 2019,the bell of the pilot registration system of Sci-Tech innovation board was officially ringed.At present,the number of successful companies registered for the board has exceeded 100.Judging from the results of the audit of the issuer by the Shanghai Stock Exchange,it can be found that for the audit committee,it has a high degree of attention to the ownership structure,business operations,corporate governance and independence.On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign research results related to company listing,this paper uses relevant theories of capital market,adopts the research method combining normative analysis and case analysis,according to the relevant regulations of China Science and Technology IPO,and conducts a case studies on financial issues.The research content can be summarized into three parts: The first part is theoretical analysis,which is based on the review of relevant research results at home and abroad,and theoretically expounds the financial problems in the process of listing of science and technology enterprises in China;the second part is case analysis.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the case analysis of the financial problems exposed by AH in the process of listing in the Sci-Tech innovation board is carried out;the third part is the countermeasure suggestion,that is,based on theoretical analysis and case analysis,the financial problems faced by the company's listed Sci-Tech innovation board proposed countermeasures.In order to explore the financial problems existing in the company's listing,and help the company to go public successfully,this paper uses the literature research method and case analysis method to expound the basic characteristics of the Sci-Tech innovation board,and based on the literature and information released by the CSRC,It also analyzes the issue of the listing and the financial problems that have been blocked,including the ongoing shareholding structure,related party transactions,and income risk issues.This paper draws a certain viewpoint and conclusion through the case study of the financial problems in the listing of Sci-Tech innovation board.The main points are as follows: enterprises that intend to be listed on the Sci-Tech innovation board should focus on the problems of the company's own equity structure,taxation issues,income risks,etc.,and regulate the handling of financial problems of enterprises;the intermediary agencies shall apply for the listing of Sci-Tech innovation board in the counseling enterprises.In the process,we must promptly discover the financial problems of the company and provide solutions in a timely manner.The regulatory authorities shall review the issuance conditions,listing conditions,and information disclosure requirements of the listed companies,and assume the responsibility of prudent verification.
