With the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid updating of knowledge,human capital is particularly important.For the electronic components industry,the working ability and working attitude of scientific and technological talents determine the space and time for the development of the enterprise.Scientific and technological talents can make the enterprise more healthy and more competitive on the road of development.In this industry,the rapid flow of talent appears to be very common,to take measures to prevent the loss of major technology and talent,can prevent the future development of the enterprise’s major hidden dangers.Equity incentive means can not only attract more talents,but also increase the stability of talents.Equity incentive also makes the connection between talents and enterprises more close,which is conducive to the development and improvement of enterprise performance.Equity incentive was originated in the western countries from 1950 to 1960.At present,the vast majority of nearly ten thousand listed companies in North America have implemented the equity incentive,and the high-tech industry in these listed companies without exception has implemented the equity incentive.In 2005,the stock types in China’s A share market were further differentiated,and equity incentive emerged in China.By the end of 2021,nearly 40%of local enterprises in China have implemented one or more equity incentives.As the high-tech industry is a field with high competition intensity for human resources,and laws and regulations are also making continuous progress,equity incentives are undoubtedly an appropriate choice.The science and technology innovation board plays a key role in financing new enterprises and is conducive to the rapid development of new enterprises.Equity incentive is one of the important means to stimulate the enterprise vitality,in the electronics industry is no exception,has played a positive role in every respect,but the traditional equity incentive also exist some disadvantages,make the equity incentive effect is reduced,at the same time in the past 2019 years,the trend of the development of electronic industry is slow,LeXin science and technology as a part of the industry,the downward trend in performance also appeared,in order to curb declines and inspire internal vitality,LeXin technology to choose a more suitable equity incentive plan.Therefore,it is of great significance for an enterprise to find and summarize the shortcomings of the traditional equity incentive plan and develop an equity incentive plan that keeps pace with The Times and is more appropriate according to the situation of Lexin Technology itself.In the perspective of LeXin technology itself,summarizes the development of electronic industry,through the incentive object of LeXin equity incentive plan of science and technology,incentive plan restricted period,the ownership arrangement,aging,pricing,evaluation criteria,etc,has been clear about the LeXin the difference between equity plan of science and technology,the research shows that LeXin dare to break through the limit equity incentive plan of science and technology has obtained the good effect,the equity incentive plan for other enterprises play a reference role.
