One of the important ideas in the modern library management thought system is that librarians are the important human capital of libraries.And librarians' attitude towards work and working environment,namely job satisfaction,will directly affect the work of librarians,thus affecting the organizational efficiency of the library.Therefore,comprehensively analysis the influence factors of librarians' work satisfaction,thus "suit the remedy to the case",to improve the librarians' work satisfaction,is an important realistic problem of library management field.This study attempts to introduce the public service motivation theory in the field of public administration into library science,through the way of questionnaire to collect data,and use the statistical tools to analyze the librarians 's public service motivation influence on job satisfaction.The results show that Librarians of the public service motivation significantly positive influence on the job satisfaction and performance to be their attractiveness in participating in policy making,commitment to public interests and self-sacrifice the three dimensions.Hence,based on the research conclusion and taking the motivation of public service as the starting point,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions from five aspects to improve the librarians' work satisfaction and optimize the library's human resource management.It includes: Firstly,to penetrate the public service motivation concerns all aspects of human resources in the library.Secondly,give play to the stimulating effect of public service motivation.Thirdly,focus on the impact of personal characteristics on public service motivation and job satisfaction.Fourthly,strengthen the relationship connection with readers and create conditions for stimulating the public service motivation of librarians.Lastly,cultivate and reactivate the public service consciousness and spirit at the individual level.
