Research On Network Short Video Regulation Based On Industry Chain

As the hottest application in the field of mobile Internet,the generation and development of network short video affect and change people's life.With the huge traffic and business opportunities brought by massive users,the network short video has also formed a relatively complete industrial chain.However,in the process of development,the problems and chaos caused by the interest drive will inevitably affect the healthy,orderly and sustainable development of short video industry in the long run.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the regulation and supervision of the short video industry.From the perspective of industrial chain,this paper discusses the regulatory path of network short video industry.The research content mainly includes several parts: the first chapter introduces the background,research significance,research status domestic and abroad,research methods,research innovation points and difficulties,to lay a literature foundation for the research.The second chapter,in-depth analysis of the network short video industry chain,after introducing the rise and development process of short video,combing and summarizing the short-term industry chain including the content producers,platform operators,channel distributors and users and other key chains,and elaborating the characteristics of the production,distribution and consumption links in the industry chain.The third chapter discusses the basic framework of the regulation of the short video industry chain in China,shows the government regulation,industry regulation and the self-regulation of all sides involved in the short video industry chain,and finds that the government regulation still plays a leading role,while the industry regulation and self-regulation play a small role.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems that need to be addressed in the current regulation of short video industry,mainly including the problems and chaos in the short video industry are still frequent,the existing regulatory framework does not adapt to the development of the short video industry chain,and there are regulatory blind spots in the short video industry chain.The fifth chapter,in view of the current problems in the short video industry and its regulation,explores the path to improve the regulation,and proposes that in the future,we should establish a regulatory system of self-discipline and co-management,and put forward specific measures to improve the regulation from the government level,the short video industry chain level and the user level.The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the above research contents,and analyzes the shortcomings in the research and the future research direction.
