Impact Of Government Subsidies On The Reverse Logistics Of Obsolete Computers Based On "Internet +"

The number of computers in use and to be scrapped in our country is increasingly growing at present.A small part of the obsolete computers are recycled by qualified enterprises,but most obsolete computers are collected and dismantled by unqualified firms.It is not only a waste of resources,but also harmful to human health and the ecological environment.Under Extended Producer Responsibility,computer manufacturers have the responsibility for recycling obsolete computers;however,they do not have initiatives to do so due to low profit return.This paper chooses the reverse logistics of obsolete computers as the research object,focusing on the detailed study of the impact of government subsidies on the reverse logistics of obsolete computers based on "Internet +" by means of literature research,induction,comparative analysis and quantitative analysis.Firstly,this paper assumes that government subsidies are the most effective means to promote the reverse logistics development of obsolete computers based on the research results and advanced experience of reverse logistics home and abroad.Supported by government subsidies,computer manufacturers cooperate with distributors to build a network platform of“manufacturers and distributors cooperating recycle” to recycle obsolete computers by using their own network platforms,which not only reduces the cost of building the network platform,but also takes distributors' advantages to increase the total amount of recycled obsolete computers and reduce the recycling cost.Then,a model is built based on the network platform of “manufacturers and distributors cooperating recycle” to analyze the impact of government subsidies on the manufacturers' and distributors' initiative involvement in reverse logistics by taking the government subsidies as variables.Here is the conclusion: without government subsidies,manufacturers do not have the initiatives to carry out the reverse logistics;with the increase of government subsidies,the recycling price,recycling volume and profit of obsolete computers increase accordingly;when government subsidies are good enough to make profits for manufacturers,reverse logistics will be carried out smoothly.Finally,considering the fact that the cost and profit are constantly changing at different stages of reverse logistics and the government subsidies need to be determined by the total amount of recycled obsolete computers,a repeated game model between the government and the manufacturer is built to analyze the impact of government subsidies on the sustainable development of reverse logistics.Here is the conclusion: A reasonable amount of government subsidies should be more than 108.8 Yuan but less than 135 Yuan,which can save subsidies and ensure the sustainable development of reverse logistics as well.
