Agent and MAS theory is a fast developing domain in the subjects of computer science and AI, it also provides us with new research thoughts and methods. MAS theory and technology has already been widely applied in fields such as traffic control, industrial production, network administration and software development, etc, besides this, it has also exerted great influence on scientific researches in sociology, ecology, psychology and so on. Implementing reverse logistics would improve the utilization rate of resources, reduce environmental pollution, thus promote the realization of sustainable development, reverse logistics achieves all this by recycling and reusing used products.In this paper, we first elaborated the background of the research, and then sketched reverse logistics theory, game theory, Agent and MAS theory, etc. We noticed that while the reverse logistics theory develops fast, its implementation lags behind, we proposed that an adequate policy environment would be a necessity of solving this problem. The process of reverse logistics construction is an interaction process among the government, the enterprise and the consumer, in game theory terms it is a multi-player game process, thus it is necessary for us to make a comprehensive consideration of all parties concerned so as to get a through and accurate knowledge of this problem. According to this, we constructed a three-player game model, with which we analyzed the interaction among the government, the enterprise and the consumer according to different circumstances. We arrived at the conclusion that the timely and active involvement of the government would make for the progress of reverse logistics. In the end of the paper, we regarded the government, the enterprise and the consumer as different Agents with separate goals, we simulated the interaction of the three parties by making use of Swarm, the result we got further validate the conclusion we have got in the previous chapter, which would be of great help to the enterprise and the consumer in making choices as well as to the government in decision-making.
